The following are reports elaborated by STRAT Consulting for the Argentine Industrial Union (UIA, for its initials in Spanish). Their objective was to analyze 26 different industrial sectors to provide analytical document for discussion in 5 business forums which involved over 3,000 Argentine businessmen and public servants.

ANP project
The aim of the engagement for the Brazilian National Oil Agency (ANP, for its initials in Portuguese) was to develop of a regulatory regime to contribute to a substantial increase in the market share of natural gas in the Brazilian energy matrix. The project was divided into different basic phases: - During phase I, a ten-country benchmarking study was performed with the aim of extracting lessons for Brazil out the experience of other countries whose natural gas sector underwent similar transformation processes
- In phase II, an integral and independent diagnosis of the current situation of the natural gas industry in Brazil was elaborated.
- Phase III consisted of the development of two proposals for the new regulatory regime.
