Industrial Engineer (Buenos Aires University). Graduate studies at Harvard Business School (USA) – Professional courses at Harvard University
Since 2001, Mr. Tizado is Vice Chairman of STRAT Consulting
2000 – 2001: Secretary of State for Industry, Commerce and Investment
1990 – 2000: Chief Executive Officer of the Flat Steel Products and Oil & Gas Divisions of Techint. Direct supervision over Siderar, Tecpetrol, Ladrillos Olavarría and Sidor, among others
Mr. Tizado is Director of L.I.D., member of the Honorary Commission of the Claudina Thévenet Foundation, Director of the Harvard Club of Argentina and Honorary member of the Latin American Iron & Steel Institute.
In 1998 Mr. Tizado was awarded the Konex Platinum Award in the category “Top Industrial Executive of the Decade 1988-1998”
In may 2004 he was awarded with “Ordem de Rio Branco” by the Brazilian Government for his dedication and personal involvement in the Mercosur integration process
